Need help QUICK

A friend had his PS3 hooked up with HDMI and is now hooking it up with composite cables, how does he reset it so that it will revert back to displaying with the composite cables?

I know there is a process to this but i forget. thx

Turn off the system then hold down the power until it beeps the second time, abou 15-20 seconds.dennmann29
