Need help with Best Buy(I have Yellow Light of Death)

Ok, so I turn on my ps3 this morning and realized I have thr YLoD. I had a 2 year warranty for my ps3 that I bought in August 2007. I don't have the receipt or the ps3 manual it comes with. Does anyone know if I will need everything the ps3 came with? I still have the USB cord.
