I'm stuck at the bridge with the guy that can kill you in one hit with a locked door behind him. The other way is where I think you would get the key but theres a blue eyed knight there that I tried to run around but he chased me down and I got killed. Then I tried to kill him but he killed me. How do I kill him or do I have to run away from him?

You have to go to the fog where a blue eyed knight is standing. Hes hard but you can defeat him, but the other way is the red eyed knight hes almost impossible

you're not being specific enough, but i might know what ur talking about, theres definitely another route. But like everyones been saying, suck it up and get better. NOBODY can kill you in 1 hit. i'm positive. it's just 2 very consecutive hits with a spear, and you should be able to dodge using O(circle) get a bunch of healing plants and go up against him! use turpentine. Get burllly!

Ya I went through the fog but he chased me and then I got blown up by some barrels that were in the way
yeah man this games pretty intense. I get sooooo pissed when i die that i turn the game off lol, hoping that the game didnt' get a chance to autosave by itself, because i freaking hate going to get the souls. but it's a sick game. If you're talking about the guy with the spear gaurding the bridge, then u don't have to fight him.
Leave the red eyes Knight alone until you are a much higher level. On the other hand, later on you can lure him down the stairs and he'll fall to his death. Easy 2000 souls as long as you do it right.

So I go the blue knight way and come back to the red knight when i'm stronger? BTW I died like 10 times and didn't get mad at all
The red eyed knight with the spear can be taken out very easily once you have a decent shield. Just wait for him to attack with his spear then immediately attack him once and raise your shield again until he attacks you again. Every once in awhile he will try to hit you with his shield (knocking your shield away so he can land a hit), just roll away when you see him about to strike with his shield.
Like others said though, you do not need to get past this red eyed knight for now or ever. There is just a bonus boss guy in there, but if you attack him a bit he will give you a sword, if you kill him you will get his armor and ring that speeds up your stamina regeneration.
