Need help with Oblivion....Please and Thank You.(URGANT)

OK, I don't know if anybody else has ran into this little problem, but everytime I load my game, wether it is my save, or an auto-save, my guy is just stuck in place.  All I can do is make him jump, he will not move at all, I cannot pull my sword out, and I cannot use magic.  What the hell is the deal with this game??  I am not overencumbered, I checked, I'm going to be really upset if I have to start a new game after I have done all these damn side quests.  Any suggestions, or has anybody ever ran into this problem?

Bwahahahaha.  Fatty McFatfat.  But seriously, like the  above poster said, try fast travelling and if that doesn't work you might be up $*its creek without a paddle.

Man, i would be so pissed if i had to start over on oblivion, i dont think i would do it. Hopefully fast travel will work for you.cardiac_cat

well guess what, I had to start it over again. An accident of course. I just made a new save and accidently saved over my good save. How i cried.....

Yea, keep at least every 3rd or 4th save on a different one, also there is probably an autosave you can load.

If you want to try, change the setting to "autosave on wait or sleep" then wait an hour, load up the autosave and see if the bug or whatever has released you.
