Need help with the store......

so......I just got a psp....in the daxter bundle. I got a usb cable so I could dl stuff from the psn store. I am trying to get the free mlb 08 and gow:coo demos. Everytime I try to download I get an error message. Is it just me or is this a common problem..? I am new to all of this but I think I am doing everthing right. I have a psn account, I have installed the psn downloader, and I have my psp in usb mode.....so I'm not sure what the problem is....any help....?thanks!!

btw....I am loving the psp, I have been on the fence about getting one for a while and I am glad I finally decided to. I can't wait to pick up crisis core...I am a diehard FF fan.

I have changed usb ports...so I dont think thats it, plus the psp is charging so I know its connected.
