Need Serious Help !!!!

my ps3 has recently broke tbh, and i am now unable to turn it on ! when i rang the ps3 care centre they said that they would swap me the one i have now for a new one, but because i cannot turn it on i am unable to transfer my saves to a memory card!

I was wundering if there was any other way of sending my saves to a memory card without turning the ps3 on ??

You could try taking out the HDD of your broken PS3 and then putting it in the new one. It may work but I'm not sure.Ultimate-Matt

yea thats the only way....yet another ps3 problems im telling you this is going to be more popular then xbox RROD

but you never know it could be hdd problems then your new ps3 will get a broken hdd my thing is if your getting a new HDD drive get 120 t0 250 then put it in your new ps3.

i mean its not like you had any trophies so theres no point really if your playing old games just wait till fall line up games

I dont disslike to me its a real good blu ray player that can go on the internet its the games and what sony does to it sony should stick to making tvs that dont play games i mean. WTF 2 years to make FF13 god of war and kh3 still not announced thats why people go back to ps2 games but you cant use in game xmb or be online. no in game music or universal chat......and why do you always post twice.ChaosBlader1

wow you just gave me the power to still continue gaming the reason for all the bashing is because i wanted sony to hurry up before i started college i thought i would have to stop because i heard collge takes alot of time off your hands. and i didnt think i would have to game but i guess its ok to game in college no more bashingChaosBlader1

i keep hearing about all these probelms on the ps3 isnt like only .002 have probelms w/e just take the hdd and it will be fine
