I highly doubt that too. It could be that someone traded that in, broken as is, and the Gamestop associate didn't check it carefully. Still, it's their fault, they should have checked it but you also have to be cautious and check it as well. As for buying new or used Hardware at Gamestop, I would look into another direction. Some of their prices on used games are decent to good. Another great thing about the pre-owned games is, you can return in within 7 days if you don't like the game or for some other game quality hindering reasons.Um yea I HIGHLY doubt that they glued back together a broken disc and sold it to you.

im promise it was broken and glued back together when i bought it someone probably traded it in used but still they need to check it betterbillynealthen only thing i ask is, pic or it never happened. u see i know someone who works at gamestop, i also started workin there. and honestly we would never glue a game back, its almost impossible. and u know wat? it is ur fault for not checkin it out if it really did happen. but honestly i call BS on the glued disk, unless i see a pic i dont believe u
Everything I have bought from GS was fine, except when I bought God of War used from them and I got home to find out it was GoW II (which I already had but didn't play due to not playing 1).....I was PO'd lol.
Scratch that, the other problem I had was buying project gotham racing 3 (when I owned a 360) and them putting PGR 4 in it. LOL, people apparently can't read. GoW and PGR....who cares what number follows them right?

File a case? How about return the thing? At gamestop, with used games, you can return something for a full week for a full refund, no questions asked. Per GS employees: You can bring back a game just because you beat it in that week and want a new game. Regrdless of the condition they handed it to you in, if you just took it back, you'd get all yer loot back. Done.
