Everyone always talks about them, but i never get to buying it for psp or the old ps2 ones.

im buying 4 for sure tough

top notch quality on evry single aspect of the game.

I am not talking about great production, story, graphics, gameplay ect, I am talking about probably being the one frachise that stands out for taking each of this to the limit, second to none.

MGS is the single greatest video game series in the last 10 years. If you've missed out you need to go get caught IMMEDIATELY. It's unfortunate that you missed out b/c you really should go back and start with the first one.... and it's a PS1 game. But if you can get pass the old school graphics & gameplay, it's still one of the best video games to have come out.haze_blaze

I only played MGS3 but i know the whole story of Metal Gear even the 1 and 2 lol! not only from the MGS series.

I even found out that Ocelot is the son of The Boss and The Sorrow from MGS3, yep! Liquid Ocelot with Liquid's arm in MGS4 .

Don't worry bud i havent played it either. That and many other jewels that came on the PS series. O well, Im prob going to get the essential collection thing just so I can see if I am into the series or not and see if a preorder is right.

but yea the story is insane...I mean come on its a series that has been on nintendo, ps, ps2, psp, and now ps3 and each time the story gets better and better and nobody ever really predicts anything right about the game... Kojima thinks totally out the box and I love it.
