A friend of mine has (suppsedly) a source within SquareEnix that has revealed some new info on one of the characters from FFXIII and Versus. The character will be the only one to be in both games as a main character. The name is cid. Whether or not he will be playable or not was not revealed as of yet.

That's not even close to news, as a character has been named Cid in every recent Final Fantasy game.  It's a no-brainer that he'd appear in both games.  As far as being the exact same Cid, that might be news, but hardly worth noting on a major board.
