new HDD problems !

i have just recently brought a new HDD and i can't use it because it says i need a storage media (usb or something like that) that has 2.76 update data on it. Does anyone have any suggestions about how to solve this problem or get 2.76 update data without spending anymore money. Any help would be great. Thanks.

Get a flash drive and go here.

Save the update on the flashdrive and install it on the new HDD.
