It's looking as good as ever. Heavy Rain is my most anticipated game right now.

I love this story, it looks like it'll be the most emotional so far. I do think the new guy (I can't remember his name) looks similar to Norman Jayden though, which is fine but I feel they should have more of a contrast in characters - not just in personality and story, but also physically.

He has two kids. One died. his wife probably left him.

Can't wait for release.

The character looks like he's in a depression after his kid got hit by the car.

He probably turned to drugs and alcohol.

Also, I recall in the gameplay video at E3 the FBI agent was using some kind of drug, could this character be using it too?

Okay, I'm making a prediction of the story from what we I saw in trailer (X=character in trailer)

X had the perfect life, 2 kids, a beautiful wife, and a dream home, :D

but all that changed in one second, :shock:

X's son was hit by a car, he didn't save him, his wife was furious, she left him and took the house.:o

Now X is going through a depression, he has to do what's best for his other son, let him live with his mother. :cry:

But when the son goes missing, he's going to save the only thing he has left.

He has to get the Origami Killer and save his son. 8)

Hehe, smiley faces makes everything better.

Edit-his wife could have also left him because the kids were really the only thing keeping their marriage together. (1 of them dies, she's mad, get's custody.)

I have got to stop watching these videos, the anticipation for this game is driving me crazy! On a side note I don't think I have been this excited about a game in years...

Hmm I've been looking forward to this game but the fact the if you die you're dead kinda sucks cuz I'm slow with the quick button pressing. I'd lol if i get all the way to the end and then die with all the characters

that 'car death scene' probably has a choice moment, i think there's multiple decision but i rather think two. you could stand and watch someone die, or make a move... one move and the story could make a huge difference, what i'm saying is this game probably has a lot of replayable.

this new trailer finally show something intense, the graphic and music in this trailer... i'm very impressed! the best trailer i've seen for a very long time...

Also, I've never played Indigo Prophecy but I have seen a part where the main character (Lucas) sees that a kid is about to fall in some frozen thing of water, you can save him but get noticed by the police (but they let you get away) or you can let him die and not get any attention.

It really brings up the question of what is REALLY the right thing to do in the long run. None of that Karma stuff that's in so many other games. In Fahrenheit it's more along the lines of - save a person, get arrested and never get to know what is happening and regret your actions for it, or walk away and let the person die so you can discover the truth behind everything but forever regret not saving their life. whatever you decide, you kind of lose one way or another.

If Heavy Rain will be anything like this, it's another reason why it will be an incredible experience.

I think it would be kind of cool just to be inside of his head. And I agree that the character would probably have to be schizophrenic or something for it to work but I think it would be pretty cool. Or who knows, maybe the devs are one step ahead of me and one of the characters actually does turn out to be the killer.
