So I bough my ps3 2 days ago and im loving everything about it expect for one thing. Why do I have to install everytime I put in a new game or want to access online for a new game?!?! At first it was ok but its getting pretty annoying. Is sony

And to answer you question the downloads at the begging help shorten load times in the game and other things.

well the ps3 has installs so the loadtimes in the games are less it kind of acts like a computer its wierd but i doesnt bother me

its not really anything to complain about the 360 does the same thing just let it install and maybe take a snack break its better for one long time at the start than a lot of long load times through out the whole game and have you ever installed a game on the PC talk about and hour wait the ps3 5 mins max it not that bad

True, its just im used to just pluging a game in a console and start playing it right away. Ill prob get used to it soon anyways thx alot.

Its only reduces the load times by a few seconds too, people nowadays are so impatient that waiting 2-3 seconds seems to be a big deal for them. It helps in GTA IV, but I have ninja gaiden sigma and the install really doesn't do anything.
