Many of you have been complaining about the lack of ads, well here's SONY's PS3 ads for the holiday season:

Yeah I agree. Still not as good as theirs from about a year ago with that awful saliva song, but like the PS3 transforming and stuff.

still kinda abstract. they need straightforward game footage and stuff, like the old saliva commercials. But these are solid.

Nice, classy, well done commercials! I think they'll appeal to a vast audience rather than just coming off strictly kiddie or for teens. I like the guy's P.S. at the end of the article, letting us know that Killzone 2 is real. Haha. So, he says that Home is just around the corner... I wonder what that means. But hey, we got commercials! What's next?

lol i just saw a ps3 commercial for mirror's edge as i was reading this thread. it was cool lol i think they should add valkyria chronicles and bioshock to their adds (hey, bioshock has exclusive content, its legit lol) maybe even older game such as uncharted and mgs4 - what about kz2? Dont get me wrong, the new ads are killer - just thinkin of more things they could have lol

They're ok but kinda discrete and lacking information. I prefer the ads which show trailers or gameplay.....

That was pretty cool. I have never seen the first 3 fifteen second shots before though.
