hi evrey1 i think i may buy new ps3 instead my old 1 cuz not working but i have Q

if i remove hard disk from old ps3 and put it in new 1 i'll get my old account and date back or it i'll gone?

you dont need the HDD to get ur account couse its online ps3. However you need it if you want yoursaved games and ur downloaded stuff.

Your acct is on line like Denji said but as for the data n etc. You will need to back it up via external HDD or flash drive before removing the HDD and upload it once you install the new HDD. Hope this helps. Oh yeah, if you are using an external HDD, you will need to format the drive to FAT32.
