[QUOTE="fail_baby"][QUOTE="DarkMaster7991"] THATS HORRIBLE . That damn touch screen it partly why I got rid of my DS. Touch Screen are unresponisve and horrible to use for FPS. If you want a touch screen go play DS,DarkMaster7991
When you get used to the controls, the stylus is just as accurate and in some cases more accurate than the keyboard and mouse. Though it is a very accurate aiming system for FPS' the only way for Sony to use a touch screen for FPS' is to mimic the DS, since it won't really work any other way.
Have you played Golden Eye for the DS? The most akward controls ever. And for Metroid I used the control Scheme that let me use the four buttons to look. I hated using the stylus to aim then have my fingers somwhere else to do something on the Big Ds and kinda hated it on the Lite. If the PSP becomes like a DS then SOny will get beat hard. Seeing as how nintendo has all thoese casual gamers and Moms and stuff on thier side. Whats good about the PSP is that it is it's own thing. Using buttons and doesn't have a Gimmick like a touch screen. As for the 2nd anolog I really couldn't care much. Nice to have another one but I am perfectly fine with the one we have now.No, I haven't played Goldeneye. I've played COD WAW and Moon though, both of which were praised for smooth, responsive controls. Once you get used to the controls, other schemes(dual analog, dual right/left, etc.) feel inferior. You're basing your opinion on agame using an early version of the engine before it was refined(First person platforming and stylus controls don't match up very well, ergo why there were other schemes available).
Anyways, I'm not saying the PSP should have stylus controls, just that they wouldn't work without copying the DS. I'm fine with one analog too as long as Devs can make at least a half-way decent control scheme to go with them.
