New Riddick game?

Does anyone know if there will be a new Riddick game coming out with the third movie? There were lots of rumours that Starbreeze were working on a new one last year but nothing was ever announced. :( Im playing through EFBB now and it really is a gem! Its flawed in places but still very good. It was one of my favourite games of last gen! Ive never played the sequel game yet but i will as soon after im done with Butcher Bay. I hope they are making a new game, despite still having AODA to play i hear its quite short and i will probably really want another after. Maybe at E3 we might hear something.

you mean the 4th movie. the chronicles of riddick is the 3rd riddck movie, not the 2nd. the 2nd riddick movie was an animated movie. but to answer the question, yes i think there will be another riddick game but probably not anytime soon if it does get confirmed

well i know for a fact that unfortunately they aren't making anymore riddick movies as vin deisel himself admitted this in an interview years ago after chronicles of riddick was released, a game could happen but to truly make it authentic they'd need to get vin deisel to voice act again, something i just don't see happening..

you sure about that? because there has been articles saying that vin diesel is confirmed for a new riddick movie. according to movieweb.com when searching google, it says that vin diesel is confirmed for a new riddick movie but the new riddick movie will focus more on the riddick character like in pitch black instead of the universe he lives in like in the chronicles of riddick

I think they would be wise to do so. I like the looks of Dead Man Stalking. It has a decent cast.

Butcher Bay is one of my favorite titles ever. I hope if there is a 3rd Riddick game, they make it longer than Dark Athena.

Don't know about the game but am looking forward to the 3rd movie. Heard Vin Diesel is putting his own money on the line to ensure an R rating.

I like Vin Diesel, not many people do really but i really like the Riddick franchise and Triple X is such an underated movie. Also enjoy the Fast and Furious movies too. He seemed to have developed a gut during Fast Five but it seems to be gone in the new Riddick thankfully! Seeing Riddick with a gut would have been horrible.. Yeah the R (18) rating is very good indeed, i cringed when they announced Expendables 2 was going to be PG13 but its now rated R again because of the backlash from fans.cooldust

I haven't seen xXx but Pitch Black, Fast and Furious and Fast Five were great flicks. Babylon AD was pretty good too. Vin is the closest actor becoming a current day 80s/90s style action hero.

You mean they are actually making another movie after all these years?

i didn't really like the other Riddick games at all
