Dragon Age: Origins is my most played RPG on the PS3. It's fantastic. Dragon Age II is even more fun, but overall a worse game (still great though).

Just out of curiosity, how is the combat in DAO? It looks like it could possibly get boring after a while, but the game itself looks rather interesting.
I believe you posted a topic a while ago about Dragon Age: Origins and I answered it :P
Anyway, yes it does get dull after a while (specifically after around 5-6 hours into the game). When it gets dull however just keep playing and it'll get much better. The combat strongly reflects the leveling system, what I mean by that if you level up your character in a successful manner the combat will change and seem dynamic. If you choose your skills randomly however (which will more than likely happen in your first playthrough) it'll become hectic and you'll rely on one or two skills and no more. Frankly I did not like it at all in my first playthrough, but something told me to go ahead and give it another try and I'm very glad I did.
If the combat does get dull you can always change which character you control, for example I enjoyed the game the most as a tank. I played as a tank 3 times, and sometimes it got just too boring so I'd switch to Leliana, Sten or others. I strongly suggest you search a couple of guides for leveling before you start though, it'll help you get a better grasp over the game.
Yeah, after that thread I decided to wait for the combo pack with DAO and the Expansion to come down in price. Sadly (well not exactly sadly) I now have Skyrim so it'll be a while until my next lengthy rpg. Though, I'll probably end up with DAO since I've been doing a second ME2 playthrough and am curious to see what else Bioware has to offer.
