NEW to PS3 please help me buy games

hey all, i just bought a PS3 and so dont have too much money left over but i would really like some sugesstion on what games i should get, i'm already getting MGS4. btw i would prefer you suggest games that i have missed over the year, not the new ones that recently came out or will come out soon. thanks for the help

GTA IV is a great game, and it's $29.99 new. Also, if you like SRPG's, Valkyria Chronicles is new at Gamestop/EB Games for anywhere from $30 - $40. At the very least, used for $25 - $30.

There is Little Big Planet, Resistance1 and 2, ughhh Burnout Paradise,GTA4, Call of duty (if u want), Midnight Club LA, Bad company, and demonsouls... Rainbow six vegas 2 is nice =D

Valkirya Chronicles are like 20$ in gamestop dude o.O

Demon's Souls is what you really should get.

My starter list has several already mentioned, but here we go:

Killzone 2

Those should keep you busy for a little bit. If you never played God of War 1 or 2 for the PS2, you should pick up the God of War collection to prepare you for God of War III coming out shortly.

Call of Duty Series

Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare

Call of Duty 5: World at war

Call of Duty 6: Modern warfare 2

All great buys if your new to FPS, or if you have FPS Expierience.

i think Uncharted 2 and LittleBigPlanet are the two best games to start you off. theyll probably make you appreciate your PS3 more.

If you've never played them, then God of War collection is a game you cannot miss. Also, Uncharted 1/2, both Ratchet and Clanks, Killzone 2, Little big Planet (though I personally find it overrated), Demon's Souls, Valkyria Chronicles and Socom: Confrontation are great.

And if you're in the mood for an extremely fun arcade racing game, Motorstorm: Pacific Rift is excellent.

For cheaper games definitely pick up Uncharted 1. Infamous is $30 where I live, Killzone 2 should be around $30.

PS3 games are region free and if you check the Korean version games on play asia they are usually pretty cheap and full english, FEAR 2 $25, Wolfenstein $25.

If you're looking for cheap games I'd say start with the God of War Collection if you haven't played the series yet.

You should be able to find these games pretty cheap. If you buy online most should be $20 or less.

Littlebigplanet is a must if you play with friends

if you want good ultiplayer expiriences then go for killzone 2 and Uncharted 2

If your the single-player type then go for unchrted 1 and 2, Resistance 1 and 2
