I downloaded the demo from the PSN. IMO it was great fun and looked fantastic, kind of reminded me of Onimusha. Of course I was playing it on my HDTV but would imagine the SD version would look great too. A must buy for me:D
I played the original Xbox release, but my secret shame: IT WAS REALLY HARD AND I NEVER BEAT IT! I am eager to go back and beat this game in glorious 1080p on the eaasier difficulty they included in the PS3 (and NG:Black) version. I love a challenge, but NG Xbox was so brutally difficult I just gave up. I am looking forward to casually playing the attractive Sigma. But it is odd to me that the game I am so looking forward to is a 4 year old game. It's funny, because I currently don't have any PS3 or Wii games in my collection, and in a few weeks I'll be getting NG:Sigma, and RE4 respectively... 2 remakes!Â
yeah i have the demo as well ..and have a panasonic 37" hdtv 1080p.....and the game reminded me as well of onimusha 3...but i don't know it didn't really impress me.....looked like an improved version of the box...

To each his own i guess, but i really like the game. It is hard ( though Ninja Master is a bit too tough for me right now) but pretty balanced and fairly deep.

It's all a matter of opinion. I got the demo for Sigma though and it is nice. Definitely addictive. It's a toss up for me. I've always loved the DMC series.
buttt the downfall that i hope they fix are the camera angles and camera switching, it wasnt smooth at all. you walk into a room and u get vary confused and then sometimes ur fighting a bunch of guys and the camera dosnt cover the entire room. Also the other thing i didnt like is after you swing ur sword u put it on ur back so in the middle of a combo it looks dumb.
