Ninja Gaiden Sigma had a 33/40 score by Famitsu Japan

Also, Square Enix executive Shinji Hashimoto mentioned to Nikkei Business Publication that the company does not have current plans to develop any Final Fantasy games for Xbox 360. So there!

Famitsu Japan's review system has always been used as a benchmark to gauge the quality of the games in the industry so any game that can score above 30 is considered worth buying.

 If I remembered correctly there were only around 4 or 5 games that had a perfect score of 40/40.

wow, I know what Famitsu is but I'm not too familiar with it anymore than name.

EDIT: Would you happen to know what the Darkness got? Oh and where did you find out about the score?

Sounds promising. I like their scores.

They have 4-5 different reviewers for each game they review to keep things unbiased.

So if you get a perfect score in Famitsu then you have a GOTY contender.       

Do note however that it is a japanese gaming mag and their tastes are different from those of western gamers.
