Sigma has four things against it for me:

1) It's made by the most Pitchiest Berson known to gaming.

2) I hated that ninja since DOA2: Hardcore when he called Jann-Lee a commoner for no reason!

3)Gameplay seems all...loose.

4) Instead of giving us the next Ninja Gaiden with 360, he give us what? a shiny port.

Of course, this is just me since I can't play a DOA game because of his exclusive love!

There already is a game that beats both...It's called Prince of Persia Warrior Within:P But seriously Nariko doesn't have Dantes attitude.

Good point. (Dante wise. I loved his acting in DMC3. Cerberus and Beowolf scenes as my favorites!)

I love both games but in terms of gameplay Ninja Gaiden is better, but in terms of story and character development Devil May Cry takes the cake. OH YEAH!!, does anyone know how to get the PS2 memory card adapter for PS3 to work, for some reason every time i put in a PS2 game it wont read that i have a memory at all........:(

I prefer Ninja Gaiden, i found Devil May Cry virtually unplayable.. If your wanting a good hack n slash though, easily God Of War destroys them both..meischris39

I found God of War too into gore, nudity, and a blan battle system to care much for.

Gameplay: hard to say as they're both very good, top of the line in action games. However personally i just love how hardcore and stylish dmc can be.

Music: both are good NG has a cool ninja old japan feel, but DMC is better as its soundtrack is hardcore rock, sympany and techno. Music in cutsense are alot better in dmc adding a more dramatic movie feel.

Story: no question DMC, DMC has a deeper plot with no limitations with characters with depth and emotions. People would love to know about his father or about his bother. Plus Dantes alot cooler then Ryu.

Replay value: No question DMC, as combos are limitless and keeping your old weapons and level ups from your firstplay through makes things less frustrating.

Overall: i like DMC awhole lot better as i like the gameplay better, and the biggest aspect story. NGs story and characters are not good at all, they're cool and everything but they're really lacking.

ya, but i think i'm being a bit bias as i play DMC alot more then NG since i like it more.
