Sorry, forgot to say something, befora any Nintendo fan bash me, the statement saids that in a time period the ps3 sold more console than nintendo but actually nintendo is selling more consoles than ps3 nowadays, but in reference to any xbox360 fan the graph still shows that the ps3 is selling more consoles than the xbox console

Nintendo is trying to hold the image that the Wii is not competing against the PS3 and X360 but being a complement to either. They are trying not to throw mud at their opponents like politicians.
Other than that, I wonder if most of those sales were the 60GB because everyone knew it was going to be discontinued.

a few years ago, ninty, sony and MS said that who ever wins in europe will win this war. its the market that is growing the fastest when it comes to games.
its not important...its absolutely essential for all 3.
europe has the highest earning countries in the world(hence money to spend on gaming) and a larger popultion than the other 2 main markets 777,000,000 million ppl and as eastern europe gains wealth after the fall of communism it will become larger than the american gaming industry late this gen or next gen .ITS VASTLY IMPORTANT(athlough not as much as the current us market)
Even though Im a Sony fanboy (yep i admit it) I've liked the games of Nintendo possibly because I've had their systems when I was younger and the word System Wars was never heard of anyways point is Nintendo is actually a geniune company. Yes they are in it for the money of course, but at least they're not over confident and such.
