No good games for ps3 for atleast a month

Is it me or is there atleast a month before anything worthwhile comes out for the ps3. It seems like this summer and fall is really when all the big titles will be coming out

L.A. Noire comes out on the 17th.

Well this summer is a prime time for bored students to hunt for a good game.

Portal 2, Mortal Kombat, and Socom 4 came out like 2 weeks ago. Motorstorm Apocalypse came out last week. L.A Noir and Brink are coming out soon. Infamous comes in early June. I wouldn't complain about the PS3 at this point other than the PSN hack. The other consoles haven't come out with anything that great this year yet either. Summer is usually a crappy time for games anyway.

I still have to play Infamous 1, MK9, Socom 4 and Motorstorm Apocalypse. Even if there aren't any great ones coming up there's always a back log for crap months!

It obviously depends on what your tastes are. LA Noir is coming out next week, Hunted The Demon's Forge is out on the 31st, Red Faction Armageddon is June 7th, etc. I'll never understand why people talk about "big" games, as if the amount of media hype surrounding a game is more important than whether it appeals to you or not.

motorstorm 3 just caqme out. Brink comes out tomorrow and la noire next week not to mention on 6-7-2011 infamouse 2 comes out so i think your wrong in your statements oh yeah and witcher 2.

I was going to get Beyond Good and Evil HD which was surposed to be released this month :( But PSN is still down

I never understand this. I only have a PS3, buy a bunch of games, and have WAY too many to play. People act like older games or games that came out near the beginning of the year don't exist anymore. In the past two months I've purchased Crysis 2, Mortal Kombat, SOCOM 4, and Marvel Vs. Capcom 3. This isn't even counting the games I already have that I haven't had the time to finish. I also have L.A. Noire preordered and plan on getting inFamous 2 after that. I still haven't picked up Portal 2 or Motorstorm: Apocalypse.

I work a full-time job with a crappy rotating schedule and STILL put in 4-6 hours some nights and have plenty of stuff to play still. The PSN being down is allowing me to focus on going back through games I've beaten already and continue working towards Platinums. Between July and August there's nothing really coming out, and I'm glad. It'll give me a chance to catch up...even though I plan on picking up 4-5 more games before then. :P

I can't wait for Infamous 2.

I'm probably in the minority that can't wait for Silent Hill: Downpour and the next Devil May Cry game to come out.
