the psn store is getting remodeling and no psn updates for TWOO FULL WEEKS, idk if this is the second week or not but i think home open beta comes out when the psn new store comes out

Hang on a second people. PSN is after all undergoing a change and won't have new content for 2 weeks (till it's done). I think when this news came out, it pretty much explained why those new maps are going to be a bit late. I don't think Money Satan paid IW to get them ahead of PS3. It's the store change.
I've been saying this since they annouced the 3 week delay over a month ago. The PS3's patch took longer (about 3 weeks) to release due to the colored name glitch that the community found and exploited. It makes perfect sense that the maps would come out 3 weeks later sincee IW has separate teams working on each console to ensure quality.
Don't blame IW, Sony or MS for the delay. Blame those who exploited the colored names.
