how can i connect the ps3 to the internet without a router ?
got a cable/dsl connection
tried doing a bridge connection , but i always got the " use two lan that are not used by internet connection sharing "

i'm really bad with this connections stuff 

so how do i do this  ? anythin would be great

you have to have a modem for the cable/dsl, and you could hook it up directly through that, the router would just split the signal or make it wireless for more connections.

Just take the cable that comes from your modem, take it out of the router, plug it into the back of your PS3, easy as that.

You can get a non-wireless router for under $20 now, it's a really sound investment. That way you don't have to keep swapping wires, too.
