O MY GOD! PS3 Broke? Plz Help :-(

So I was playing cod4 this morning and BAM... all of a sudden the PS3 just shuts down. So I turned it off from behind and started it up again... green light came up and a second later the Yellow light and then the Red light kept blinking - the Disc wouldn't even come out - any suggestions? Please help... Thanks so much.

Call sony, and hopefully you have a warrenty. If not, amazon has dropped there PS3 prices.

I had that problem with my PS3 last week, I was playing Valkyria Chronicles and boom my PS3 goes with the game stuck in the hardrive.

Take it to the hospital.

Flip the back switch, when u see the red light come on HOLD the button for 3 beeps until it turns back to red, then HOLD again for 3 beeps, but the last beep will be 2 beeps, then some options will come up, try REBUILD DATABASE to see if that will work, if not, u may have to wipe everything out to get it to work again

On another, completely un-boron is so awesome ness note, do you still have the warranty:question: If not, you still need to go to a sony store and have it examined. I`m guessing that if this is a manu. defect, they will give you a new one, otherwise repairs can be 180 to 200 dollars (guess).

Mine went down also. I was playing killzone 2 it shut down. I turned it off from the back the back on because it wasn't hot but when Hit the button the light turn green the it shut down I tried 10 more times now it won't even power up :cry:

call sony. if you don't have a warranty it'll cost you 150 bucks. well in north america it will.
