Oblivion Bug?

Damn im getting mad,I need the freaking Vampire cure but the freaking witch dosent come out of her Basement.When i made a thread earliers omebody who posted told me to check out the possibility of a glitch or bug.So i did and i found out that if you giveher the things at 11 she will nevercome out of the Basement.She was supoosed to come out in 24hr but its been 3 days.The bug is for the Pc version but i dont know if its on the PS3 too.Does anybody know?

Umm i can't its locked and needs a key, if it did'nt need a key i would have picked it already.What gets me pissed is that the Save closest to where i am right now is 3 levels before which sucks. I dont want to go back to when i was level 6.lol im getting mad.
