oblivion hhelp!!!!!!!

okay guys im stuck at VILVERIN WENDESEL!

wondering if any of you know how to do this..

ok im out of lock picks so cant open up door to get back out..

there is 2 cement things right next too each other with 3 blue glowing lights on the 3 blocks on each..

when i go to one of the doors it says activate the gate..

when i go to the cement blocks with 3 blocks with 3 lights 1 blue light on each block i can push them in and they slowly come back out i was wondering if i have to push them in a certain order or what any help please!! im stuck in the damn dungeon lol pleasehelp

if im correct thats the gate where you can only open when you do a specific quest, is there a rectangular opening in the middle and can you see an enemy behind it in the distance?
