Dude, You can't expect Bethesda to give away 30 hrs of gameplay for free, thats practically giving a game away! If you have not played Oblivion on 360 or PC,you'll probably won't buy it anyway, The expansion is basically for people who have played over a hundred hrs in the real game!

By the way in a article I read, we ps3 owners might have to wait longer for the shivering isles b/c Bethesda hasn't tested out the PS store, for bugs. So we might not getting SI on launch, we might have to wait awile. You can believe me or not we'll just see.
Hasn't the expansion only been announced for PC? They haven't confirmed it for any console yet, which would be crazy not too, but again, not confirmed last I read a news piece on gamespot. Only the small Knights thing will be included.

Wrong. The PC & 360 versions of Shivering Isles come out in March. both have been confirmed. And for those who are acting disappointed that the PS3 release does not have the expansion out of the box, there's no need to worry. The game proper will take a long time to beat, so by the time you do, the expansion will probably be on it's way to the PS3 store. I logged around 170 hours to beat the game on the 360, I'm ready to dig in again on the PS3 version.
Why is everybody in such a hurry to get the expansions? From what I hear, the original game is going to keep you busy for quite a while as it is. More than likely by the time you've had your fill of the original, the expansions will be very close to coming out.
