I just went through Oblivion's official website, they link the game to Gamestop's website for pre-orders, which ship on the 20th March. So I'm positive it's the 20th March.

yah i stand corrected i just was looking at gamestops weekly adds and it actually says 21 march as the release, so sihps the 20th available the 21st
