OK, I have The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion (white cover one) for the PS3 and I played it quite a bit. So, "What if I trade it in for cash to buy the other Oblivion(black cover one) to play the Sheivering Ilse?" Sonds good, but if I get it would it make me start a new game or will I be able to start off where I left off on the other Oblivion? Really need help!!!!!

You can download The Shivering Isles from the PSN store, there is no need to trade the game in.

In that case to answer your other Q; your Oblivion game saves will work with the GOTY version.

If you were to trade it in to get the GOTY edition, you would end up spending like another $40-50 cuz its 59.99 new and you would probably get like $10 maybe $15 tops for the normal edition.
