Okay, here's where we can discuss ALL HD related stuff; recommend HDTV's, ask about yours, picture quality, HDMI cables etc. etc. Maybe even a "rate my tv" thingy. So I'll start it off. http://www.bestbuy.ca/catalog/proddetail.asp?logon=&langid=EN&sku_id=0926HDS0010078385&catid=24558 That's my TV, waddya guys think of it? http://www.bestbuy.ca/catalog/proddetail.asp?logon=&langid=EN&sku_id=0926HDS0010078385&catid=24558

yeah, especially the XBR series. The floating glass is amazing, and omg, just everything about it unbelievable. My dad got it a Futureshop, and he got to haggle the price. he said it was under $3000 Canadian, which is a great deal IMO

The XBR is plagued with a cloudy backlight issue that will not be cured within its lifetime. There are a few options out there in the pricerange with fewer issues.
