Woohoo! This should be pretty good for future FPS titles, hopefully it's backwards compatitble with current games as well.

A good keyboard and mouse would make the shooters easier to play, but not much else...

And usually shooters compensate with aiming assist.

Eww, no. One of the main reasons I like consoles is because of controllers.
