Off-line co-op games?

I've been looking for a couple games that I could play with some friends offline, Preferably not a shooter but recommendations of those are welcome as well, and by co-op I mean story-mode co-op. And some games (besides LBP) that I could get my girlfriend to play would be sweet as well;]

Well my g/f and I playerd MUA and LOTRC that aren't shooters. I didn't really care for LOTRC but she liked it since it was simple. If you want a good co-op shooter I would go RFOM or R6V 1&2. She really started liking to play shooters after playing those games.

I know what you mean with LOTRC and R6V and all that but next time you can try to write the full thing so all understand!!!

The only Co-op game I could get my wife to play was PixelJunk Monsters. It''s a great game for an even better price. When she gets bored with that just buy her Plants vs Zombies so you can play the big games coming out this Christmas by yourself.

I would say Army of Two, and Unreal tournament 3 and Call of Duty: WaW.

If you also have an Xbox, I would hearlty recomend Halo 3, GoW 2 and L4D.

i know you said no shooters, but resident evil 5 is really fun, and your girlfirend will get to play a girl. lol =P
