Not really happy with my gaming choices lately. I've been a big COD4 fan and switched over to Socom only to be no so thrilled like in the Socom days of old. I checked out Warhawk again and was thinking about getting back into COD4. Now with Fallout 3, R2, and Bioshock... what should I get. I played the demo of Bioshock (having never played it before) and I really liked the story so far. Can anyone recomend that game? Resistence was alright but I'm not really looking forward to R2. What about if it came down to Fallout 3 and Bioshock?

Limited budget and november is here.. Always the worst situation for a gamer isn't it? Hah..

I can recommend Bioshock although probably not worth buying for most people. It's great for a one-time play through but after that I don't see any point in having it laying around. Like most FPS's without multiplayer, it's pretty much done after you finish the game once or maybe twice if you liked it that much. If anything, rent it. Apparently Fallout 3 has some technical issues on the PS3 but I can't tell you much about that.. Haven't played it yet >_

Do as the Cow says and rent Bioshock. If you're big into FPS' and shooters alike, Fallout 3 may not be your cup of tea. It's kinda similar to Oblivion in the RPG sense, but if you're a run-and-gun action man, I'd invest in another FPS (Farcry 2?) or wait for CoD 5.

yeah, well since your a CoD4 fan, you should hold off for a week until Call of Duty: World at War comes out. I'm not sure what t think about Bioshock and Fallout, both games aren't that great to me.
