i agree liquor store is the way to go or do what i do rob peoples money from schol and then either try to buy it on your own or you pay halfoff and your parents pay the otherhalf off

Well, hmm if you get money from relatives for your birthday, then you can use that. If It's around 200-300 total, maybe you can convince your parents to go halfway with you, as part of your birthday gift from them. Also, if you point out to them the 40 gig model, provided you'd be willing to get that model, you might have a better time convincing them as they would only need to contribute $100-200 dollars. Since you are 13 you will instantlly get your Bhat Mitzvah and become a man, enabling you to cash in on all the gifts and money that you have 'earned'.

....only problem is that if you havent yet been circumcised, you will be in for a great surpise!

Seeing as though I am a Catholic, I am not too sure as to how well this will work. You can always convert back to whatever right in time for Xmas, Kwanzaa or Ramadan. Hooray blasphemy!
