This game is horrible...well, compared to other games today. I don't understand what makes RFOM so damn great. Fill me in please. You call this a Halo killer? Try again. In my opinion, Call of Duty 3 is way way better than this. Even when the online play holds 40 people, WIPTYDOO! I hate this game, and I know other people who hate this game even more than me. I don't know whether to sell this game, or keep it just to say I have it.

Well, the solo campaign is well paced and varied. The weapons are creative. The multiplayer is fun. So overall its not a bad game imo.

I prefer Resistance over Halo.  I think Halo sucks.  Whats so special about that game.  Average single player.  Alright multiplayer WHOOPIDIDO.  Its called opinions.  A lot of people like Resistance a lot.  You dont.  Good for you.

i will agree when everyone admits GeoW(which got the same rating as RFOM in game informer) is also overrated :) seems a bit silly to say a game that is rated 9+ on most sites, for either game, is overrated

considering that it was solely the press that hyped the game up and considering the fact that it's one of the best console FPS games out there(There are probably very few FPS console games this gen, including the ps2, xbox ,and the GC that's actually better than it.) I don't think the game is really that overrated.

You need to give it a chance... The more you play it the more you will realize how great Resistance really is. It's probably one of my best game purchases in a long time. When I don't have anything else to play Resistance seems to be the game that keeps coming back.  The single player game starts a little slow, but as you progress and at the end it gets amazing. The multiplayer is some of the best ever, I do consider it a halo killer since I think Halo is the most overhyped game ever.

Halo was always fun, but the creativity of the weapons in resistance is utterly amazing. the mine layer, the auger, the bullseye, etc. they are amazing. the chimera character models are amazing, zoom in on em after you kill em or snipe in on em. physics are 2nd to none in the FPS genre. its a well made game, they did it right, i would love to see them do some 3rd person tactical or maybe some action games.(besides ratchet and clank)

NO one Said it was a Halo Killer even the guys who made it never said they made it to kill Halo.

How about you get your facts right.

Plus Cliffy B said it was good so if He made Gears and says this game is good then it is.

I really hate fan boys I own both Gear and Resistance and both are good.
