ok i need some help and advice

i just braught a PS3 off ebay, the once catch was it need a new lens, dunno if he was a warrenty with it.

wanted to know does any one know ehre or how i can gte it replaced or fixed? i live in the U.K (South Wales)

when i call Sony will they ask for you umber or proof of purchase? im not sure if the person i braught it off has one? :(
