well it must have been a change cause i HAVE the starwars pack and it came with a 1 gig memory stick so they must have made a slight change to the bundle.
Red psp is ugly, but it comes with GoW, star wars bundle (i got this one) has battlefront, good game... but not so much, and it Vader's face in the back it doesn't bothers at all, neithers comes with a memory stick, try getting Daxter or choose the colour you like between red and white, you will end up buying more games than GoW or Battlefront.
My starwars bundle came with no memory stick, but anyway it's by far better to get a daxter, with a 1gb memory stick, if you just play you will be ok, but if you wanna see movies, listen to music, it would be better a larger memory stick.
Wouldn't know what to tell you about the starwars bundle, but I have both daxter and God of war bundles. The silver psp is perfect, but the red one has a flimsy memory stick cover. It opens really easily.
