i missed this game the first time round on PS2 as when it was released my PS2 finally kicked it.

bought it on Wii but didnt get too far as the fight system hurt my wrists (i was only 19 when i bought it and you did that much wrist wagging it turned me in to an 80 year old man)

after getting past the 20 hour mark im hooked. it has actually provided one of the best gaming experiences for me this year along with journey and the walking dead. plays very much like ocarina of time but has its own style that makes it really stand out

has anyone else spent any time on this recently?

Okami is one of my all time favorite games. Beautiful art style, beautiful story, funny dialogue, good puzzles, and fast paced combat. Loved pretty much everything about it. I think it took me a little over 40 hours to get 100% on Wii and I'm about 10 hours into the PS3 version, but it's been a few weeks since I've played cause I was hooked on Far Cry 3 and Persona 4 Golden. Definitely plan on getting back to it soon.

I haven't played it recently, but think it took me 50-70 hours to get the platinum trophy still is one my favorite games. Then again I also have it on Nintendo Wii and PS2. played it alot on the PS2 and quite a bit on Wii
