Okay?

Hey, ive got a psp and have had it a few years now but today i went to turrn it on and nothing comes on. Even when the charger is plugged in no lights appear etc. And i havent done any illegal/homebrew stuff with it, any ideas of what to do/ whats gone wrong?

Give us a little more information to work with please.

Like is it the slim or phat? Where was it stored for said year? It could just be the charger is dead and will not charge the PSP. Check with a friend who has one and try out there charger. If that's not it try a different outlet meanwhile or check out your psp and make sure there is nothing you can tell is wrong with it.

If nothing above work since I think your warranty may have expired look up on youtube videos of people fixing psps. and compare what yours looks like inside to what theres looks like.

Well if your PSP is broke it broke at the perfect time because the 3000 comes out in a couple of months.

But try to call Sony they might repair it although it will cost you.
