gotta love the brutality :D fantastic looking game with the all of the game play elements we've grown to love. damn shame we're going to have to wait for 9-10 months until its release...
I'm looking forward to playing it but God of war is getting old. Its basicly a hack n slash, button smasher game with nice graphics. Its the type of game that i'll playthrough once and never touch it again.

I concur 100% but I'll buy this one just to help support the PS3 in general.I'll probably rent it just to see how the trilogy ends. I usually don't buy singleplayer exclusive games. Its got to have a deep multiplayer AND singleplayer to warrant a buy for me. I want to get the whole package when i pay 60 bucks for a game.
GOW 3 will no doubt be amazing but I would pick Bayonetta over a button masher anyday. :P

I guess I hit a personal nerve....:lol: I have infact played all of those games and for one Heavenly Sword was a Beautiful, pathetic, 6 hour, boring Button Masher that was a good rent. Please don't compare GOW to DMC. I could beat GOW in my sleep. Have you even beatin DMC on Dante must die mode?....no...so please dont make that kind of statement. I don't make any sense to you so I assume your a Button Masher fanatic or something because I dont understand you at all after your post. Have you even seen gameplay for Bayonetta yet? It will beat GOW 3 in Variety and Style let alone difficulty. So can you beat that? lol

It CAN be a button Masher if you make it that way, of course, if its anything like the DMC series you wouldent last past the hard difficulty....
The depth in the combat system is their for a reason....

It's also has the great greek mythology atmosphere to it. God of War has great replability. There is a lot of cool stuff to unlock with multiple playthroughs such as in the first and second games.
they have almost a year to work on it and it already looks this good. I see nothing but good things for this title... shame I have to wait that long..but i'd rather wait now and enjoy an improved game later. =D
