Omg wtf!?? My PS3 after some gay update via internet, is now not running the games I put in. When I put in a game, it doesn't show up in the little game menu, so I switched it to auto start disc, but nothing happens. This has been happening with all of my games (Resistance, COD4, Motorstorm, Warhawk) No, the discs are NOT scratched.. and have been working fine until now. Plz help me...:cry:

What choice do you really have? Your PS3 doesn't read disks. How's waiting on the phone going to matter?
You're going to be spending as much time on here trying to get an answer or searching the net. So how does that make any difference?
mine is up to date and works like a charm. sounds like you have a mechanical problem in which case, you will have to either send it in if still covered under the warranty or you will have to buy a new one.
