I think it will be a fun game. I'm excited mainly to use the sixaxis controller with the game. Defiantly will rent first before buying.

This game will be awesome. I think its an original game and is the first of its kind and may seem like other dragon games but with all the gameplay and physics to the amazing graphics in this game to the large scale of the battle field to the epic storyline and fitting musical orchestra that fits in real well to the game like watching a movie, this game will be a game u wouldnt wanna miss out on.

Factor 5 has a great history and this is the first game of it's kind. This is the kind've nextgen game I've been waiting for. I loved it when I first saw it and it's looking better than ever.

Im buying it because factor 5 is making it. Also i put a ton of hours into rouge squadron on gamecube, and this game will be just as good, if not better.

see these look pretty good, but some images ive seen just look pants, i thinkthe graphics are the main concern, coz from what ive seen the gameplay looks allright, and properly well suited to the sixaxis, aslong as the controls work well.

It's just game preference, I'm not hyped for MGS4, KZ2, or GTA4, but this game, Assassins Creed, and Heavenly Sword I can't frickin wait.

Even the most skeptical PS3 fans don't believe that. They think that LAIR will be good but with story/gameplay problems. For example, they are worried that it will be either too linear or too open-ended without any real direction on what to do. Other complains are the use of the SIXAXIS. We don't know how well it will work. The least of our worries are graphics and music.. Sure, there are some frame-rate issues from TGS. But these are older builds of the game before the code was optimized. They will fix that. Others look at pictures and say it doesn't look very good. But realise that this game is very open and put in wide spaces. Plus the game doesn't use a lot color. It has a bronze/greyish tint to the whole game. The only way to actually tell how good the graphics are is if you play it yourself. The detail is incredible! And the water effects are amazing. This game is best played in motion, not from stills. There's just too much going on the screen at the same time to have a photo do the job.

Because the amount of other games that flopped mkes cows not want to hype anything too much, but if and when this game gets AAA or above, watch everyone jump back on the Lair Bandwagon.

I dont know if anyone here has played Rogue Squadron II on the GC, but it has amazing graphics. I think I could easily confuse them with 360/PS3 graphics. Lair is made by the same people so I am expecting great things from the flight part of the game.

I don't know why people are so skeptical of this game, maybe they just don't like flight combat. The graphics are obviously brilliant(1080p, no slowdown, texture streaming, progressive mesh and all with intricate, massive ground battles playing out under the player). The gameplay is original and judging from the previews the control is spot on. There's also plenty of replay value, according to Play Magazine's review. And don't forget the story! It's literally epic, taking aspects from modern day issues-global warming, Iraq etc. On top of that the game just looks fun to play, at least to me(it definitely sounds cool, FREAKIN' DRAGONS!). I'm not saying this game'll be perfect or even AAA but it's hard to imagine a title with this much going for it being bad.

I am quite excited for it, although just to be sure, I will wait for a few reviews on it just to be certain. Dont hate me here I think its a great looking game and all, not the greatest looking thing I have ever seen but not bad, looking more for the gameplay and story. I expect that will change once I see it before my eyes. I prefered Rogue Squadron on the 64, I thought that was the best of the Nintendo Rogue Sqaudrons, although I prefer older games on the PC like Tie Fighter and X-Wing, two classics, and imo ahead of their time.

He's talking about the Al Gore religion's faith in Global Warming.

What he's not taking into mind is that modern day "Global Warming" is different from Lair's. In Lair, thousands upon thousands of volcanoes are erupting eveywhere, so it's destroying food and fresh water.
