one game to buy which would it be

i thought this would be weird but lets just say that you have a few games in your libary for the ps3 an then this comes you can only buy one game that is comming out this year which would it be knowing that there would be alot of games comming this year me it would be resident evil which would it be for you.

I'm still crossing my fingers that 2008 will see the light of Final Fantasy XIII. That would be the most important purchase for me, aside from Metal Gear Solid 4 of course, or Grand Turismo, or Little Big Planet.....

OK, I give up! I can't just name one game. :)
