I believe some Capcom employees have expressed interest in making a new one, but nothing has been announced yet. I'm hoping something does actually surface, though, 'cause a new Onimusha is long overdue.
they should bringSamanosukeAkechi to Marvel vs Capcom 3, that be pretty cool, i think they had Soki in Tatsunoko vs Capcom.. not sure never played it... but yeah the onimusha series are awesome
I heard the head of Capcom actually laughed at the idea of making another Onimusha. Then later I heard that they were looking into making another game.
Who knows. I'd love to see one, really enjoyed that series.
Doubt it. Someone posted sales from the series in one of these threads. ...they decreased substantially with each new game (down to very little with number 4) I played/have all of them, but I don't think there is much left to do or say with the series. Though I would buy an HD collection of them (so that I could get rid of my PS2 copies)
i heard they might be making another one which i hope is true because the onimusha series is one of my favorites. I also hope they make a onimusha collection of all the past games on ps3.
