Only a multiplat spin-off and a PSP game... anyone else disappointed?

I was hoping for full scale new MGS game exclusive for PS3, or even for 360 also. Instead Kojima announces two other games. Rising doesn't seem like a Kojima MGS game with Lightning Bolt Action. The PSP platform seems a bit limited also. I guess it will take some years before we will see a true sequel to the masterpiece MGS4, if ever.

I am disappointed that Rising is an action game. WTF, Kojima! You said you wanted to make the ultimate stealth game. I want a Raiden sneaking game, ninja or not.

If anyone is not grateful they need to rethink.

during mgs4 when i saw raiden's fight scenes i always thought "wow i would love to play that out." now it being an action game i could finally get that chance. so it being an action game intrigued me. also peace walker is going to be the reason i finally get a psp. so i'm far from disappointed.

I'm wondering what's on Kojima's head when he decided to change the "tactical espionage action" for the "Lightning bolt action" on his new game. The only thing I can't thing of is that the new game won't be sneaking oriented but more action oriented which is contrary to what MSG series has always been recognized for.

How can you be dissapointed about something you haven't seen footage of? I for one am waiting on MGS Rising and no matter what they do with the game i know for sure that it will be great. Also the PSP game is a sequel to MGS3, how can you not like that?

that's why it's a spin-off title. more freedom to do w.e without pissing off the fans to much. though i still see a bunch of people nerd raging.

im disgusted with kojima.....i hope this game fails so it teaches him a lesson.

1. ninja raiden as a protagonist is not a true MGS game. this will be soooo downgraded. ull no its downgraded from MGS4 if its just on 1 CD on 360.
2. he's a traitor. a sell out
3. all that teaser thing with the flashing "5"...he was havin fun with our heads. this was suppost to be MGS 5.
