Orange Box or Unreal Tournament 3?

Umm no offense even tho OB is 3 games in one it doesn't come close to UT3 especially since Valve/EA was sloppy wen it comes to the PS3 version.G-Legend

Did I miss something? What's going to be wrong with the ps3 version of orange box?

Anyway, the orange box offers a lot of variety amongst the games - portal should not be missed!

On the other hand, to be able to make maps for unreal tournament 3 right on the ps3 AND to be able to import pc maps will be awesome.

As with most timed exclusives, I couldn't wait to get it, so I have orange box for 360, and I'll be getting UT3 on ps3.

One it's EA, 2 the guys working on the game are PC lovers so they don't like the architechture for the PS3, 3 reading the Gabe Newell reports just doesn't sound like they give a crap about the PS3 verison don't expect it to run well.

Unreal Tournament III.

I had the Orange Box on the 360, and I did like it, but it just wasn't doing it for me. Unreal has always been a fantastic game and I've always enjoyed it and I have no reason to think UTIII will be any different. I ordered my copy from Gamespot.com this morning and I'll have it next week.

Well not next week, but soon, UT3

Half Life 2 made me sick on PC, so I'm unsure about it.

If you google around for reviews you'll find reviewers making comments like "Yes, Half-Life 2 has its slowdown troubles, and occasionally they are ugly", "One moment you'll be cruising through the game at 30 frames per second and the next you'll be enjoying a slideshow", "a few minutes that have some jitters"...and on and on.

Not to mention that Gabe Newell is a genuine @ss. He's made it clear he doesn't think well of the PS3 or PS3 owners, and it shows. I for one am not supporting anything he's involved in; not just out of principle, the HL series is getting tired...the story and gameplay is frozen in time from 2 years ago.

Those are great...but Portal seemed to consume the most fun of the five games. You can play it through multiple times, it's really fun; great replay value. It's so different from the standard fair, that's why I like it! :D

Unreal Tournament 3 is going to be this year's "Halo" for PS3 owners that love FPS.

With the Warhawk expansion pack coming out soon and Call of Duty 4, I'm going to be pretty busy for a while. I will eventually pick up Unreal Tournament 3. Its online community isn't going anywhere for another couple of years. I won't die if I pass it up for a couple of months.

I was actually looking fordward to Orange Box for PS3 (don't have an XBox), but I will have to wait to see it all the bugs reported are true. Pity... I might end up looking for another genre this christmas
