I would go for UFC 2009 Undisputed as its different from any other fighting game. Dont get me wrong, Street Fighter is a great game but UFC does it for me.

its a double post, but at least in this one, i have someone who shares my passion for UFC Undisputed 2009! i don't know about you, but even the trunks customization is fun for me... especially when you already have the big time sponsors!
I would get Street Fighter IV if I were you because the UFC franchise looks like its going to be one of those sports titles that comes out every year. Those type of games have no resale value. Just wait for the price drop on UFC 2009.
