Overrated and underrated PS3 games

In your opinion, what's the most overrated and underrated PS3 game you played?

Overrated: Call of Duty series

Underrated: Heavenly Sword

Overrated - LittleBigPlanet Underrated - Both FoM and R2Doolz2024

for once a topic about this with the words "in your opinion"! lol So in My opinion -

Overrated - KZ2. I tried the demo and to me it was "meh" :P

Underrated - the Darkness. now that's a FPS I can get into...

Underrated: Valkyria Chronicles! It's been getting it's due credit now, but for awhile it was pretty overlooked. I'll also say Enchanted Arms is kind of underrated. Not a great game by any means, but it was still an enjoyable RPG to me.

Underrated: Valkyria Chronicles! It's been getting it's due credit now, but for awhile it was pretty overlooked. I'll also say Enchanted Arms is kind of underrated. Not a great game by any means, but it was still an enjoyable RPG to me.

Yeah, score-wise it's not really underrated, but sales wise it has been. It's been picking up recently though, so better late than never. That's why I added Enchanted Arms in there to have another game to fall back on.

the only thing I don't like in it is the poor story. I love the combat though, it has great boss fights. I also love the Glaive, there should be more games with similar weapons.

Overrated - Resistance: fall of man Introduced nothing special and just seemed kinda boring. I've played many superior FPS in my time

Underrated - Red Alert 3 Even though everyone thinks RTS's on consoles will never work, I've had a blast with it and find the controls quite intuitive. I know it's not quite as easy as playing on the pc, but hey neither are FPS but we all got used to it.

Overated: GTA4, Call of Duty: World at War, Little Big Planet, RFOM, PAIN

Underated: Resistance 2, Pixeljunk Monsters,

I think most of the PS3 exclusives are rather underrated (Uncharted, R&C). As far as multiplat goes, GTA IV definitely.Zoso-8

i am not arguing with your opinion, just can't fathom the notion that gta IV is 'underrated'.

Overrated: PAIN!. I hate that game sooo much...

Underrated: Stranglehold. That game is great, diving around like a crazy man in slow-mo into cover, then pop out and zoom in to get the cinimatic shot of the guy getting his face blown apart, then taking out the pistols and doing a 360 spin where everyone just dies, and doves are flying around. God I love that game.

Underrated: Noby Noby Boy. Addicting for some reason, I spent 6 hours just streching and eating and tangling myself up and laughing. Every 5 minutes I kept saying "I'm going to stop, I'm going to stop, this is boring I'm goign to stop", only to play for another 2 hours. Well worth the $5 I payed for it, I've played that more than some games I spent $30-40 on.

Overrated: Ninja Gaiden Sigma

Underrated: Alone in the Dark Inferno

overrated: KZ2; LBP; Assassins Creed

Underated: Burnout Paradise. And also I have to say GTAIV just because there are so many people that hate that game and openly express it when it isnt all that bad.

Overrated : GTA IV & LittleBigPlanet, the games were great but still the replay value didn't bring me to replay the games, except for the trophies and creating costumes. There's also Chronicles of Riddick and Oblivion.

Underrated : Resident Evil 5, I know the gameplay still is the same from Resident Evil 4 which makes the game less difficult. But for those who haven't played the other Resident Evil games, it always been like this : Stop and Shoot. This is what makes the game a Survival Horror. There are also Uncharted (at least 90%), Ninja Gaiden Sigma (at least 94%), Metal Gear Solid 4 (it deserves at least 96%), Dead Space (at least 91%), Killzone 2 (at least 95%). (New ratings based on replay value)

Overrated : Call of Duty 4 & WaW

Underrated: Haze ..I know it was so hyped and that was the reason for the flaming but the game itself its not so bad for me, just a generic shooter...

Overrated: MGS4, GTA IV

Underrated: Valkyria Chronicles

Over rated: LBP,GTAIV (GTA should get 1)

Underrated:MGS4 (should get 11),KZ2(should get 9.5),Oblivion (should get 10)

Overrated: Far Cry 2

Underrated: Warhawk

Overrated: Far Cry 2

Underrated: Prince of Persia (sometimes I think I am the only one who liked it)
